It reads like “I’ll be perfect by Feb. 1, provided I follow this list and don’t die from mental and physical exhaustion”. This is the time of year when people shake their fists at the heavens and promise to diet and exercise. It’s important to remember that people with a tendency towards obsessiveness or an eating disorder have to know their limits when it comes to an exercise program.
