It sounds funny to me when I think of it now, but at the time that blew my mind. Making an actual list of small steps seemed so obvious, but I hadn’t considered it before. It really does break things down. If you already have OCD tendencies, a list can help because if there’s one thing OCD folks like, it’s a good list to cross off.
